A matte wall within an industrial palette
Vellplas creates a fine Marmorino surface with a matte appearance and hand-applied tonal movement. In this project direction, the wall supports an industrial interior while allowing other materials and furnishings to contribute their own character.
Review the finish in context
Compare the sample with timber, metal, flooring and the actual lighting. Agree how much movement the wall should show and how the finish will terminate at corners, frames and joinery.
Define preparation and exposure
Specify the complete system for the substrate and location. Interior, sheltered and exposed areas should not be treated as interchangeable. Obtain written suitability for exterior exposure, and do not use a decorative coating as a substitute for waterproofing or crack repair.
Plan the work and future care
Record the approved sample, product, colour and final treatment. Ask the applicator to inspect the wall, follow current product instructions and provide care guidance for the installed system.
