Custom-made colours

All coloured products are custom-made to order. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Returns are accepted if there is a problem with the product or we have supplied the wrong colour.

Unopened white products

White-colour products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been opened. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

The 14-day unopened-product rule applies to these voluntary returns. If there is a product problem or an incorrectly supplied colour, please contact us for assistance.

How to request a return or refund

Contact MacoAvell with your order number or proof of purchase, the product and colour ordered, and a description of the issue. For product problems or an incorrect colour, photos of the product and its label will help us review your request.

Please contact us before sending a product back so we can confirm the return arrangements and discuss the appropriate replacement or refund.
